个人概况

翟启林,工学博士,昆明理工大学讲师、硕士生导师,博士毕业于中南大学矿业工程专业(双一流学科建设专业),20259月以高层次人才(四层次、特聘教授)引进到昆明理工大学国土资源工程学院工作。2024年入选中国科协首届青年人才托举工程(博士生专项计划,获得湖南省及中南大学优秀毕业生等荣誉。主要研究方向为硫化矿清洁高效浮选、冶金固废资源化利用及硬岩型锂矿清洁高效提取近五年在Chemical Engineering JournalJournal of Hazardous MaterialsJournal of Cleaner Production和烧结球团等矿冶、环境期刊发表中英论文32篇,其中,以第一/通讯作者身份发表JCR 1SCI论文13篇,累计影响因子>100Scopus引用500余次;申请发明专利9项,授权6项;担任《有色金属(选矿部分)》、《中国有色金属冶金》期刊的助理编辑。
